Sponsors are responsible for providing whatever you want for their tent area - tents, tables, chairs, marketing materials, goodies, giveaways, etc. LIME will not be able to provide tents or chairs, etc.
THE AGENT AND SPONSOR PARKING AREA WILL BE BEHIND THE HOUSE. DURING THE EVENT, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DRIVE THROUGH THE CROWD, AROUND THE HOUSE, OR DOWN THE DRIVEWAY TO LEAVE AT ANY POINT AND MUST REMAIN PARKED UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE FIREWORKS SHOW. AT NO POINT BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT/SHOW SHOULD ANY CAR BE DRIVEN THROUGH THE SPECTATOR AREA.
During set up and clean up, DO NOT drive on the front lawn (the spectator and tent areas on the map). You may drive along the driveway or along the curved ridge just outside the spectator/tent area.
Bring your own trash can(s)
LIME will provide trash bags
EVERYONE IS ON TRASH DUTY FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT.
If you see a trash can that is full, pull the trash bag out, tie it up, take it to one of the large trash dumpsters, and replace the trash bag.
Port-a-potties will be located in various locations.
Absolutely no guns, knives, or weapons of any kind to be brought by anyone. Again, with a crowd this large, this is a safety and liability issue.
Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals will be the only animals permitted. No other pets are allowed.
You will NOT be able to park near your tent during the event, and you must arrive no later than 5:00 pm to park in the agent/sponsor parking area. After that time, you will be required to park in the general parking area.
There are no electrical hookups available, so if you need electricity, you will need to bring a generator.
If you hear the music stop over the sound system, please help with crowd control and ask them to quiet down so that announcements can be heard.
FIRST AID STATION WILL BE LOCATED IN THE RV GARAGE ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE.

For our Liberty, Freedom, Presenting, or Title sponsors participating in the Scavenger Hunt, participants will come by your tents with a sheet with all the sponsor logos on them. When they visit your table, feel free to talk with them about your business, and please sign your name/initials over the top of your company's logo. Participants will then turn these forms in for our drawing.
If you are not planning on having a tent, please let me know so that I do not include you on the Scavenger Hunt form.
Freedom, Presenting, and Title sponsors will receive a copy of participants' contact info (name, email, phone number) after the event, even if you do not have a tent.
We have sponsor banners made and are displayed prominently directly in front of the fireworks. Prior to the event beginning, we would love to have a picture of you and your crew by your banner, and as a gift to you, after the event, please come and take your sponsor banner!
If you are one of our Liberty, Freedom, Presenting, or Title sponsors and are planning on setting up a tent(s) in Sponsor Row, you are welcome to set up any time beginning Friday the 26th from noon until 7:00pm, or any time on Saturday before the event. Spaces in Sponsor Row are not assigned. When you arrive, you will claim whichever spot you would like.
If you are not planning on having a tent, please let me know so that I do not include you on the Scavenger Hunt form.
You are permitted to drive on the driveway or outside the purple and green shaded areas on the attached map during setup and teardown. The shaded areas on the map are only to be driven on in certain circumstances. If you are needing to get permission to drive a vehicle into those areas, please call Jon - 405-618-3515
If you would like, you are welcome to come back on Sunday to clean up/pick up your stuff from the event.
